A defective tire was replaced with no question.
I noticed a defect on a tire purchased at Plantation last year, showed it to Ken and he agreed that the tire should be replaced. He ordered a new one and the tire was replaced the next day. His expertise and concern probably saved my having a blowout and possible injury later as the tire wore down.
