Top Notch!
Been looking for a car mechanic for 2 years. (Subaru dealership is excellent, but pricey.) A friend from Church recommended Platinum, and has been going there for many years, before they expanded. The place is impressively clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I received a detailed report of all work done, as well as what to pay attention to down the road. I am very pleased and will be happy to tell anyone about them.

Wonderful customer service
Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The service was more than expected for my quote of price. The explanation of what needed to be fixed was in layman’s words. My only regret is that Iam so late in finding this company. I have already told 5 people about my experience and gave them directions.

The best
Platinum never disappoints. Did what I expected and more!
So glad I found them. Used to travel from South Yarmouth to Plymouth (dealer) for service. AAA man recommended Platinum and I am so glad he did. Why did I not know they were located “around the corner”? And a ride there & back in a Lincoln Continental with the most courteous people I’ve met in a long time ! Can’t beat that. Here is a business that knows what “service” means. Worked with Nick this time, but others at earlier times. ALL are great!

Fast and easy. Sorta painless :)
Got me in without a long wait. Was fast In getting back to me so I could decide what to do. Went ahead with the repair am happy yo have car working proper. I have used Platinum Auto before and will continue to use and recomend them to others. The Staff is always professional through out the whole time.

I always use Platinum for my Jeep service. This time I worked with the team at Accessories and I got the same level of excellence I have come to appreciate from the team at Platinum. My 2013 JK was looking tired and Dave helped me select new bumpers, offroad lights, fender flares and side steps. It looks fantastic, not to mention done quickly and on budget with the quote. While it was there, they also found a small leak, had it diagnosed and fixed for me next day over at the service department. I couldn’t be happier.

Fast, professional, great customer service
I called AAA to tow my car and they suggested Platinum. I called the shop to let them know my car was coming and they were caring and responsive. After quickly analyzing the problem they gave me an estimate in an email and called me. I okayed the work, they replaced the battery and the air filter and had it ready for me by the end of the day. They even offered to have their shuttle come and pick me up. Great service!

I had problems with my Honda Pilot and needed an emergency repair asap.
Tom and the crew rescued me as they often do. My car was taken in by Tom et al on very short notice. The repair was done in less than a day. Who else besides Platinum Auto offers that kind of service? Tom and the gang once again saved the day. Platinum Auto is the friendliness group you will ever find. Skilled and cooperative.
