Excellent service
I manage a small business in Waynesboro. One of our service trucks would not start yesterday morning. The team at R&M was quickly able to pick up my truck, diagnose the issue and repair it the same day. I am very pleased with their excellent service.

Excellent Service as always!
I was warmly greeted by Kaitlyn, Maddie, and their sweet dogs, Nova and Chevy! The staff I encountered were friendly. Our vehicle was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Kaitlyn mentioned they may need to change the filters. I said that was OK, they know best. They always prepare you for what may be needed and an estimate. We've never been surprised by anything that has needed to be done. Excellent service....every time we're there!

Great service and prices.
I like how they don’t seem to overcharge. Whenever we’ve needed something done they’re very good about giving the cost upfront and making sure we know what we’re getting into. We’re new to Waynesboro and need coming from Charlottesville it seems a little less expensive here than any mechanic we used in Charlottesville. It’s nice that we found a mechanic we can trust. No complaints!

State inspection
Went to R&M for the first time for a state inspection. Issues were found which they will be fixing within a few days. I knew my car was leaking a fluid before the inspection. Grateful they diagnosed the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, taking the time to explain the issues. Kaitlin was especially kind.
