The Bedt
I needed a vehicle repaired asap, i did not have a backup so it was important to get it done quickly. I called in the afternoon and they squeezed me in the next morning
My vehicle needed several repairs, new front hub and brakes on all four wheels. I had my vehicle back on the road the next afternoon. Quality work, i have never had to take s vehicle because it wasn’t fixed correctly. The work is done right and done at a fair price every time. Highly recommend.

Needed a simple fix; got a simple fix and fast.
I had an issue with the splash shield underneath the front of the undercarriage hanging down from backing up over ice/snow (the small plastic pieces that hold it up were old and finally lost the battle). I could've fixed it myself if I could just get underneath the car, but I don't have a lift (or risers to drive up on). I couldn't seem to get the holes to line up correctly, and couldn't get my head underneath to see what I was doing. I called up in the morning and told them it should be a simple fix, and they squeezed me in within the hour. I brought in the push-pins that needed replacing that I'd already bought to do it myself, and they used those and got it done in like 20 min. Was charged a basic fee for the labor, which I was fine with.

I understand it's not realistic to expect to always get service the same day you request it (especially for bigger jobs), but they've always worked with me when possible... and they haven't tried to overcharge me for anything. I've been pleased with their work.

Randy’s saved the day!
Our 19 year old grandson came through town on his way to Utah at the onset of our big winter storm. The wipers on his truck had stopped working. On short notice Randy’s got him in & repaired them quickly & economically. We can’t thank them enough!

Quick Response to my difficult situation !
I called Randy’s this morning at 8am with my sad story that my grandson is leaving tomorrow for his job in Salt Lake City. His windshield wipers were not working and a big snowstorm is predicted.
Randy’s took my grandson’s truck 2hours later and fixed it, charging only for the labor. I am VERY appreciative that Randy’s helped us out today!

Change of the battery and check tires
I had to get my car started using jumper cables. I took the car to Randy's and they checked the battery and tires and said I needed a new battery and didn't charge until they changed it. They are super and friendly.
