Tow truck and shop service
I needed my Ford F150 lifted off a concrete block that I managed to high center on. AAA called Red Rock Auto Service and they came out 30 minutes earlier than the quoted time :) The driver quickly figured out a tricky line of approach and had the truck off in about 10 minutes. Since I had to drive 450 miles back to San Diego the next day, I wanted to make sure the undercarriage was ok. I had him take the truck to the shop which was wrapping up for the day. They called at 9 am the next morning with good news, no damage. It was worth the very reasonable price to have peace of mind on the drive home. Great bunch of guys at Red Rock Auto!

Repairs done as promised. Quote was what I paid.
I had a bent axle from one of the trails I went on. This needed repaired as I drove my Jeep from Idaho. They did exactly what they said they would and for the amount quoted. I wasn't happy with the parts quality, the parts markup and the hours charged. I would have given 5 stars otherwise. Rated by a guy from Idaho.

Fixed my battery issue
Mechanics fixed and ongoing battery issue with my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan. Had it diagnosed in minutes and repaired quickly.

we took our granddaughter car in for a brake job and inspections. He gave us solid helpful advice.
My granddaughter's car is a old and worn out. We wanted an inspection to see if it was worth repairing . They did a very good inspection and it gave us the information we needed. We I told him that we thought that fixing this car was not a wise use of our money he told us he was relieved and hoped we would make that choice. Some less ethical places would have been much less honest.

Red Rock Auto was able to schedule me in quickly the same day when my battery died. Kudos to Autozone too for fast delivery of the battery. Install was faster than I thought it would be. Am very appreciative of their friendly staff and excellent service!

Service and expertise
Bill and his team are honest and fair. They treat my car as if it is their own. I only asked for an oil change, but in the courtesy inspection they found that I need to replace my break pads. But rather than pressing me with urgency to fix them they gave me an estimate of the remaining life, so I can manage when to repair them.

Outstanding Customer Service
My 2016 Toyota Corolla A/C compressor completely locked up and left me stranded. The compressor, condenser and evaporator needed to be removed and replaced. Thank you Bill, Sienna and crew for easing my stress and getting me back on the road again🙏

The real thing in a sea of automative guesses.
I experienced a degree of "telling it like it is" and not guessing or saying what they thought I wanted to hear. Exceptional honesty to the bone. Refreshing and welcome in a sea of uncertainty.... and just being within a mile of me was also surprising. I don't have to search and evaluate someone I need help from anymore. Wild Bill Raper is the one to find in an ocean of automotive make beliefs and guesses.

Red Rock Auto is great for three reasons:
1) All work was performed and met all my requirements,
2) The front desk person stayed in touch with me, letting me know what the status of my vehicle was and what they were planning (this person is the face of the business and represents well).
3) Automation was great...inspection report detailed every issue and assigned a risk factor. I was able to review online and make decisions about each item listed.

We needed a simple repair to an undercarriage shield for our car.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, and then they agreed that the repair could be simply made, and we would be on our way in less than 30 minutes. Indeed this is what happened.
