This is my Mother-in-law's car. It was her first time at your store. She was very pleased with the service she got. I shop there often, ad bragged to her about how helpful they are at your store, and as usual you lived up to it. Special thanks goes out to Travis. Easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Car was done when promised too.
I replaced one of my front brakes (caliper, pads, and rotor), but could not get the other side off. The one I had replaced was acting up so I called Reeve's and made an appointment to have them replace the side I could not get off and check out the one I had replaced. Initially they wrote down my phone number wrong and I corrected it when I brought my truck in on Wednesday. They said it might be finished on Thursday, but definitely on Friday. Friday around noon I called and they said it was done Thursday and they had given me a call (to the wrong number so I did not receive the message). The caliper I had replaced had seized up and burned up two brake hoses in addition to scratching up the new rotor. When I drove away I noticed my brakes were very spongy, but I had to get to work Friday afternoon so I could not take it back to Reeve's. I had my son-in-law come out over the weekend and help bleed the brakes. Additionally I noticed they had lost one of my hubcaps. I called Monday about the missing hubcap and the individual I talked with said they did not see it in the shop; leaving me to believe that was all they were going to do. I drove over there Monday afternoon and talked with an assistant about the hubcap. He said they would order one for me and took pictures of one. I told him about the brakes not being bled as well. He asked if they had the right contact phone number (it was the wrong one that had been written down the first time, even after I had corrected it the first time). I said, "No, and that's another issue.", and gave him the correct phone number.
The next day I noticed my power steering was acting up and found a leak in my high pressure power steering line. Whether is was normal wear and tear, caused by the hot caliper, or the mechanic; I don't know or care. However, it should have been very apparent when they changed the brakes! Because of that and the fact they never bled the brakes, I decided to take my truck somewhere else for that repair.
Two weeks later I called Reeve's asking about the missing hubcap. They said they would have to call me back. An hour or so later someone called saying I could pick up my missing hubcap at the Joplin Reeve's store. I stopped by there and they said they had 2 hubcaps for me (I was missing one before taking my truck to Reeve's). They went to put them on and noticed the replacements were chrome, while mine were a flat finish. I said I didn't care but they insisted on putting on chrome hubcaps on all my wheels and then gave me my two remaining flat hubcaps as spares. Joplin Reeve's was the only positive part of my experience.
Now the wheel bearing on the side with the seized caliper is going out. I will replace it myself because I don't want to take the chance the mechanic that initially worked on my truck would be the one to work on it again. I realize this isn't Reeve's fault but do not have confidence to return there for any service.
They are fairly reasonable and cheap love the fact that they email u and text for reminders thats my favorite part not just a sticker they are also very transparent but wish a little more personal but other then that I will definitely keep my loyalty to them

All employees are very knowledgeable and very quick changing my oil. They even called to let me know I needed filters changed and told me the prices before doing it.
Best price in town!
Purchased 4 new tires and the pressures when I got home were way out of wack. Vehicle Manufacturer recommended 35 PSI. The pressures from Reeves ranged from 38 to 44. That's a little ridiculous.
We brought in our car to have two tires serviced. Technician (Not Travis) calls and informs us all four tires need replaced. One of the tires is new and has less than 1000 miles on it. I did not appreciate being oversold. We ended up getting two new tires there due to Walmart being closed. The technician mentioned several times that the tires we choose (what we could afford) were sub par base models. I normally receive excellent service With Reeves and this is the first time having this experience there.

4 Goodyear Tires installed
We bought 4 tires from Reeves in Webb City. Also had an alignment scheduled. Dropped truck off and when i picked it up i was told no alignment was required as it was checked and in spec. Would have been an easy way to make extra money because i had no real idea. Courteous and efficient.
Would highly recommend them. They were also very competitive to the discount tires sold around town.
They also contact for follow up. Awesome
Reeves represents what good customer service should look like. If I stop by for a tire rotation and they are swamped, they tell me so and I come back another time. If it’s an emergency, they do everything they can to fit me in. I’ve never had a bad experience at their place of business.
I got my car in there fast and thay got my car front tires on quick had to leave my car over night cause couldn't bring it in when thay wanted me to cause I was working but I picked it up after I got off work
We had been advised by a dealer repair shop that we needed brakes. These folks said our brakes were fine. Could have taken advantage, but they did not.
