Professional, great service.
Highly recommended. They were able to repair my volvo. Wasn’t sure if it was salvageable but they explore all alternatives to fix the car. It took awhile but found a solution. They were professional and kept me updated.

Always great
We have taken our vehicles here the last couple years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They’re honest, fair, and fast. I’ve never paid more than quoted and have actually ended up paying less than they originally thought a job would be. Won’t take our cars anywhere else.

My first disappointing experience here
I’ve come here before to get my car fixed, and always had a pretty great experience. This time I think they were more busy than usual. Once I was able to bring my car in, they didn’t get the chance to take a look at it until the next day to even give me a quote. I was fine with that. Once I got a call with a quote, they forgot to check one of the parts I requested, so they had to take another look. I got another call that my car was finished and ready to pick up but they still didn’t check the other part I had inquired about. I figured I could get that other part checked out another time, so it was just an inconvenience to have to schedule another time to bring it in. I paid, and they explained some other concerns with me which was great! I get to my car to drive off and my window is completely loose in my door when I try rolling it down. This had never been an issue before, so I go back in to ask for help and a technician follows me out to put the window back up. He says he noticed it when working on my car and made a note on my report to look into later. No one had mentioned it to me on the phone or when paying my bill. I checked my report, and didn’t even see a note about it. So I left having more issues with my car than I had going into the shop. I would’ve told them to just fix that too while they had my car if they mentioned it to me. I would’ve been willing to wait ample time for them to give more focus and attention on my car for better service. I thought I had finally found a trustworthy and reliable auto shop, but this experience is really deterring me from going back unfortunately.

Fair, Fast and Done Right
I have a higher end SUV that is a relatively rare brand for the area, but they work on all brands so if I can avoid a dealer for maintenance, I will…I’ve never been disappointed with their work, they are polite and explain the repairs well.

Great Service!
This was my first time going to Rick’s. I chose them because they had good reviews. They did not disappoint. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my car and they brought me to my car and showed me what was wrong with it before they started the repairs. The price was very reasonable and I am very happy with my overall experience. I will definitely be bringing my car here for all future repairs and maintenance.
