Pleased
I'm pleased with the service provided for my Mazda tribute recently. Virginia safety and emissions inspection revealed defective steering controls. They were fixed in one day and I was kept apprised of its progress. Nice friendly service and the price was reasonable.

Unprofessional environment
Usually i have a good experience but this time it was the opposite. I went in for a tire change 1 tire change around 10:45-11 a.m. The lady that works the front Jara I believe her name is said she’ll call me when its done like she usually does but I received no call. No indication that my car needed more work or that it was done NOTHING. I called them around 5 & they were closed. There was only 1 person in the store & they didn’t know anything. They didn’t know hat to do,say or even who to call!? I asked over and over to speak with a manager whoever owns the store someone above him but he wouldn’t allow it. Which is terrible. He told me id have to wait 2 days for my car but there was no reason for that. There was nothing wrong with my car. The tire had been replaced so why are you keeping it ? No answer.
It was a completely unprofessional & unnecessary experience.
