Good at first but bad at the end
Took my Jeep to the manager Elder Estrada ( Alex) was cool as fuck , did repairs on my Jeep promise to drop off my vehicle been Tex and communicating and realize he moved his shop / was put off the premises !! Now he not answering my calls and can’t find my vehicle !!

I am very satisfied with the service from Alex.He and his wife Susie are honest people.I have been to other mechanics before but they charge a lot for a simple job but I am glad to find Alex’s shop.I live in Long Beach but I’m willing to drive to Fullerton for my car service.Excellent and I would recommend him to my relatives and friends.???

Handles my car trouble with no hassle.
I’m very happy with the service I received today. I had someone come out and look at my car and quote me immediately. From there I was able to drive it to the shop to get my shock suspension replacement done quickly and correctly at a decent price. There was no hassle or run around with it at all and I was out of there shortly after. They also referred me over to a place I can get a smog done at a discounted price because I was sent over by them on referral. I will be returning back to this shop for future car repairs & I recommend being serviced by them as well if you want your problem on your car fixed right and in a timely matter. The customer service here was friendly, professional and welcoming. As a female in her early 20’s who knows very little about cars it’s not uncommon to be overcharged for services that aren’t necessary needed at the time & I learned that the hard way going to a different shop but going to Alex’s mobile mechanic and repair shop I knew they were taking good care of me and quoted me for the appropriate charges in parts and labor in order to get my car driving safely once again. That being said This shop is trustworthy in the services they offer. I would like to thank the staff for being great!
