Won't be back

I went here about a year ago to look at cub cadet mowers and was helped by Shannon. While looking at mowers I was undecided on what I wanted. Shannon seemed to get frustrated then randomly told me he doesn't care if I purchase from them or not because I have to come to them for service since they are the only ones in the are for cub cadet warranty work and that's where they make their money. I then purchased the mower somewhere else just to not deal with him. A few months later I decided to give them another chance and have a chainsaw repaired. I was told by an employee that Shannon no longer works there and my chainsaw was fixed in a timely manner with no problems. 8 weeks ago I brought a weed eater in for tune up and Shannon was back. I got my weedeater back shortly after and it wasn't running right so I brought it back. 2 weeks later Shannon calls for confirmation to order new parts. I give the go ahead. I have not heard from him since. Every problem I've had with this place has involved Shannon. Once my equipment is fixed I will not be back as long as Shannon works there.
