Oil Change
Went in for a routine oil change and Kayla informed me that the oil filter housing needed to be replaced along with an extremely dirty cabin air filter she showed me quoted me an approximate price I agreed and the team quickly did the work and I was out in less than an hour! Kayla’s service and follow up text was a perfect touch to my customer experience!

Awesome advisor - Brandon, stellar customer service
I had numerous concerns with my Jeep as it was acting weird. He listened and had the technicians check everything to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. They uncovered two concerns that we are addressing.

I have been to a few different service departments, and nothing compares to the level of service I received here. I was totally taken care of. The service representative and the service technicians were very thorough and very friendly. They took great care of my truck and me. I was extremely happy with my experience.

Quick and accurate
Brandon was attentive and communicated quickly. He warned me I could have a long wait, as I drive all the way from Kingston to get service, but i was pleasantly surprised how quickly he got my rig in for service. Thank you Brandon.

Mostly Great But ......
Our service advisor was Kahlan Cheyney who is great, polite, communicates well, clean, professional, represents the company well. I've been going to Tacoma Dodge for many years and recently noticed that they are getting sloppy in their work. Here are a couple of examples:

1. On 2 separate occasions I paid for 5w40 synthetic oil in my 2015 Ram 3500 but instead got 15w40.

2. On 3 separate occasions I requested a tire rotation and for the tech to adjust the tire pressure to the spec on the door jam. They did NOT do that.

3. On this last service they did not change the oil reminder sticker.

While these things by themselves are not the end of the world, it does make this customer think, "If they cannot get the small stuff right, are they doing the big stuff correctly?"

Still a Quality Dealership
My latest experience with Tacoma Dodge remained me why for my first 20 years in the city, they were my only "go-to" dealer. They took care of my issue and insured any concern that had was looked into.
