Excellent customer service with honesty
Long story short, I drop my Benz for service B, when they check my car it’s not due for service yet, they call me right away to come pick up my car and they educated me why the car not ready for service, you don’t fine places like that anymore, may god continue to bless this business I am so impressed.

Oil change
I received an oil change yesterday. Today when I started my vehicle, I noticed the service gauge was not reset, nor was their a reminder sticker for next oil change. I want to support Black own business, however small things like this are concerning for me. I still will refer others to your business. Please, remember the small details of service.

Friendly customer service.
Making appointment was the best. After receiving notification for my B service, the rep asked for my mileage and suggested I had enough time based on the mileage from the last service. The service went well. Kudos to them.
