Ac repair
I recently had the AC in my truck repaired and I would definitely recommend this location. The price was right, the service was excellent and I have 0 complaints. They even repaired a wire that had nothing to do with the repair i went in for, all in an effort to go above and beyond. Chris made sure to keep in contact with me and was very friendly and helpful. Extremely satisfied!

Fast and stress free experience
I have a 2012 Suzuki SX4, which hasn't been sold in the US for a while now and parts are getting hard to find. I had a few warning lights that I was concerned about. I also wanted an inspection in case I needed any of the normal wear items. Universal said I could bring it right over. Chris was very nice and let me know what to expect. He kept me updated on findings, cost, and timing. It was done in a day and cost me less than $300! Very happy with my experience

Best shop in town!
Absolutely wonderful service. Our car was diagnose and done within two days. Chris took care of us and was super friendly. This is the only shop we take our car to. They are super honest and their prices are fair and competitive.

Fixing my car
Victor and his whole shop are awesome. They not only fixed my car to near perfection, but treated me with dignity and respect. I would refer my own family members here if we lived in Las Vegas. If you want to be treated right and get your car fixed correctly then I’d call these guys. There are a lot of very experienced talented individuals working there!!

Long time customer
I have taken my vehicle to Universal Motorcars, from before they were at this location. I have had many services on my MR2 and even an engine rebuild. This time I started off the new year with a cracked exhaust. I took car into shop and it was repaired in less than a day. I recommend this shop to family and friends as much as possible. No one I have sent here has ever had a bad experience.
