Estimate was accurate, service was completed on schedule- Shane and Missy were very courteous.
My repair was done promptly- no waiting days without a vehicle. Any BMW is expensive to repair, no matter the issue, but I was given an estimate, the repair was completed for the estimated cost, no surprises. They do a complete check up of the vehicle and provide you with a copy for your records.

Took for a concern about lose fuel cap message. Check engine light was not on.
They did two vacuum checks to ensure there were no issues.
