Unreliable lemon built car

Owned the car for 45,000 miles. Replaced fuel pump twice, intake sensors twice, and has been in the shop for several power steering failures. Manufacturer only wants to give an extended warrant.. I'll never buy a Chevy again. 0

Nice but flawed

We love our Malibu but it seems like we have had every problem imaginable. On the plus side GM warranty has covered everything and we have not had repeat issues.

Perfect blend of style and performance!

I 'downgraded' from a Cadillac and was initially disappointed, until I drove my Malibu. I actually had more features, the cost was lower, and the gas mileage was impressive in comparison. Things aren't always what they seem. You don't have to spend more to get more! I've gotten so many compliments for my Malibu. It is my second one and undoubtedly my last!

2013 Malibu

I bought this vehicle in late 2012. I currently have approximately 37k miles on it. I have had no major problems at all with the vehicle and am very pleased with its performance on the road and maintainability. The vehicle is great on gas and the seating is very comfortable.

Problems after problems

If you are looking at buying a chevy Malibu you better buy the extended warranty. If I had not done this I would have likely payed more for repairs before 100,000 miles then I payed for the car. The first time I had to bring it in was within 5,000 of buying it with zero miles on it. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR!!!! I got my wife a Malibu as well at the same time and guess what, same issues.

2013 Chevy Malibu Eco

Love my Malibu. The ride is so comfortable and quiet. Great mileage and no repairs other than maintenance. Only thing I don't like is the tiny trunk space.
