Love this truck, but gas mileage isn't great.
I absolutely love the look, fit, and feel of this Tundra, which is why I chose this truck after looking at everything on the market.
I bought the platinum edition hoping there would be nothing I lee I would want in a truck.
I think at this trim level, 100v power should be included, the side mirror folding buttons and adjustment buttons are not backlit, which make folding or unfolding your mirrors in a parking garage challenging as you fumble to find the button. The gas mileage is less than great and more like poor. Would really like to see Toyota improve on this.
So, with these complaints, why did I buy it? Extremely quiet for a truck of this size. Almost zero road noise. Infotainment system is very nice, about middle of the road. Parking sensors are great. Power steering wheel and cooled seats are a huge bonus. Mostly though, the rugged look and feel of this truck make me feel like I can own this forever is I ever kept a truck that long… ;-)
