2016 Fiesta Service
We received a call from service about our review. After discussing the fact that we hadn’t received a call that our vehicle was ready to be picked up and finding out that the service tech turned in the paperwork after he returned from lunch rather than when he left and that we called about the same time. We were informed that they would see about changes to fix that. He was very understanding.

We received a call from service about our review. 2016 Fiesta Service
We had the wrench light come on so took it in for service. Service wasn’t due for another 1500 miles so they reset the computer.

We called to check what they had found out and they said “Oh, you can come and pick up. We reset the code”.

You would have thought that they would have called.

My car sat in the parking lot after they finished working on it for approx 40 minutes before they came and got me from the waiting area. I could see it from the waiting area.
Disappointed with the last two visits for service. First visit took 5 hours, did not get a copy of the service paperwork, maybe because completion of service was pending a part that had to be ordered?, my car was brought around and left outside, engine running, keys in ignition. My remote start engine button was missing off my key ring, no one seems to know what happened to it. Second visit, while in the waiting room I saw a car that looked like mine sitting in the parking lot. After approx 40 minutes, they came and got me and it was my car parked, service done, while I waited for them to come and get me.

Truck service review
My truck was in for an oil change, and it was completed on time. They also replaced a power converter under the dash that had gone bad, plus tightened up all of the shock mounts,one of them was loose and caused an irritating noise while driving, the shocks were installed by another business, but Mike Whites service department took care of it for no charge, it was just a matter of tightening 8 nuts and bolts, but its the small things that will keep me doing business with M.W.Ford in the future. thank you Chelsea for taking care of that issue with the shocks.

Job Well Done
I have had my fair share of negative experiences with this service department when it was Parker Ford. However, I was assured, by them, they had turned it around. So in one part curiosity and one part convenience , I thought I would give them anther try. They did a great job. So far everything seems ok.

Good Service and Care of Truck
Mike White Ford called our 2020 Ford Ranger in for its service and they did a wonderful job doing the work.

I could not get the Ford App to work on my cell phone so Tyler Tolley, the salesperson with whom we worked in purchasing the vehicle, worked with both mine and my wife's phones to get the app to work correctly. Everything is fine now after he spent 20 minutes working around two I-phones and a couple of non-technical clients.

If you are in the market for a new Ford, give Tyler a call at 208-660-0570. You will find him to be a very personable individual and willing to go find what you want in a short time. (This recommendation of Tyler was not solicited by him, it is freely given by a past customer of his.)

Oil change
Oil change and check Accu-track service warning. They were unable to find an issue in the computer to duplicate the original warning message. Hope it doesn’t happen again and cause damage.
