Trustworthy and Kind
I bought a 2023 Camry from Michael Emmons at Vancouver Toyota. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfect with my purchase. He worked around all my needs and got me a payment that worked great for me. Joe in finance was very informative and made everything super quick and easy. I am very happy with my purchase and it's always refreshing to work with a dealership that is trustworthy and listens to it's customers needs. They are fair and don't mark up their vehicles making it evident that they care for their community and their needs. In this crazy market where getting a car is almost impossible, I appreciate a dealership going above and beyond to make my dreams become reality. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I felt welcomed and knew that this was the place where I wanted to purchase my car!

Great service
Great service. Thank you Nate. I had to drop my car earlier than my appointment and was going to be out of service area for periods of time. I received text messages updating me and letting me know of additional work. I easily approved the work via text. The car was ready for me when I got back to the dealer.

EXCELLENT STAFF AND SPEED OF TRANSACTIONS
I recently decided to switch from a local competitor I’d used repeatedly to Vancouver Toyota due to the availability of a particular vehicle. Since, I’ve been back 4 times to buy and sell vehicles. Each transaction has been transparent and speedy, and all the staff I’ve interacted with attentive and courteous. I would strongly recommend Vancouver Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The dealership is modern and clean and the vehicle selection appeared to be better than most competitors. I will definitely return for my next Toyota purchase.
