Best Auto Repair in Sarasota
A-Z Auto Repair was recommended to us shortly after we moved to Sarasota and it's been the best advice we ever received! We take both of our vehicles which are older and high mileage (both over 100,000 miles and one of them is approaching 200,000 miles) and A-Z keeps them safe and roadworthy. Their prices are much less than what a dealer would charge for the same repairs and maintenance and there is constant communication so you always know the status of your vehicle. Honest and integrity are more the exception than the rule in life but you'll find an abundance of both if you take your vehicle to A-Z Auto Repair. You'll never be pressured to make a repair, you'll never be asked to make or sold an unnecessary repair and if there is one that should be made at some point in the future they will let know. There is no better auto shop in Sarasota County than A-Z Auto Repair!

Great service.

Professional
I have had an exceptional experience with A-Z Auto Repair, they provide professional service at fair prices. My 16 Acura arrived there with a difficult to diagnose electrical problem that took a long time to diagnose. However, they did not make it a reason to overcharge me. The car was fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend A-Z Auto Repair in Sarasota.

Great family business honest and fair
I’ve Been coming to A-Z since I moved to Sarasota, as has my son. Called in with a problem and was told to bring in asap. They corrected my issue in but a few minutes at reasonable price. Always courteous and honest great family and employees!!

Increase in costs
I have been a customer for 14 years. I started with you folks when you were at Ashford Ct and was extremely satisfied with service Don and Deb provided. I understand they are reducing their involvement and want to enjoy themselves and are certainly entitled to that.

However, I am disappointed to see hourly rate has increased 9% since my last visit 5 months ago. I also noticed time to do same work increased by 30 % in the same time frame resulting in a 44% increase in total cost. I need to think twice before I schedule another service appointment in the future.

The Price on Labor Increase is the the only we have Done In a while. We had our labor rate the same for almost 10 years.  We had to increase our labor rate only because the cost of goods has increased expedentially in the past couple of years which has driven our operating costs up. Here at A-Z, we have always tried to be The best at what we do with considerable value to our customers. We are still one of the lowest priced full service Auto Repair facilities in Sarasota. As far as the total cost increase concerning your last visit, we had to do a Tpms(Tire Pressure monitor) relearn since we rotated your tires which did increase the time and cost of your repair by an additional 20 minutes or so and $37.50 at the time of your last visit. I am regretful that you are disappointed , and I would like to discuss further if you would like to. Please call me personally. 
We value every one of our customers both new and long term, and pride ourselves on being transparent about all pricing and repairs.
