An auto shop you can really trust!
A friend recommended Bill Long's Auto Care Clinic after I had a bad experience somewhere else. This shop was great to work with. I was able to make an appointment easily, and they inspected my car and fixed my brakes quickly for a great price. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. They also gave me very honest and straightforward advice about tires. I would highly recommend them to others, and I look forward to bringing my car back to them for any work I might need. What a relief to find a shop I can trust!!

Routine Oil and Filter Change plus State Inspection
Car Care Clinic was very nice, helpful, and professional in their service. They went way beyond what is expected from a service company. Great communication between scheduler, technician, business manager, and customer. They came and picked up the vehicle, performed all service requirements asked for, and delivered the vehicle in less than four hours. With their own warranty program I was able to save almost the entire cost of the service. Their friendly, professional, and helpful service will keep me going back to Car Care Clinic whenever I need service on all of my vehicles.

Car inspection
Went out first thing this morning for a pretty well over due inspection.
Was greeted very nicely, but professional.
I sat and had a cup of complimentary coffee , and within about 20 minutes they had me back on the road.
Best $20.00 bucks I’ve spent today…. and a bag of chips to boot!
Huge kudos to them!
I have already recommended.

Phenomenal Service
We had a very problem vehicle and Auto Care Staff went way above and beyond to ensure that it was truly repaired and working when it was returned to us. Their service was amazing, one time they even drove the whole family back home!! Plus they gave us a loaner car for the entire time of service. We have recommended them to everyone we know. It was amazing what they were willing to do to make sure our van was up and running!

Work Completed
Like the people and the care they show. Work was completed in a timely manner. Have been coming here for five years. However have noticed that some details have been missed such as gauges not being reset on my last two visits. I think it is a matter for training.

Service As Requested
Service with a smile is top notch! I can always trust this reliable service.
But I'm not too crazy about the prices. Example on the lobby board "Brakes FROM $299", yet my written quote was $624 for one axle! Ouch. Not bait and switch I hope. That's one heck of a price difference.
