Good service, bad communication
While the shop technicians seem to be very thorough, the communication leaves a lot to be desired. It’s frustrating to have to explain the exact same thing even though I made it clear each time I was there before.
As good as they, I don’t think I would recommend someone to there

The technician was very professional He diagnosed and confirmed that the battery was no longer able to start my truck He had a replacement battery on board and immediately replaced. Extremely satisfied. Could not have asked for a better customer experience! Thank you!
