Sorry about the experience you had. Please take into consideration that we could've repaired the problem with your vehicle when it was here for well over $1000, without letting you know that it was under warranty at the dealer, where it should've been repaired at no cost to you. I had to contact the dealer 2 times to get the car picked up because they had forgotten about it. However, it was partialy my fault the tow company grabbed the incorrect vehicle, as we had 2 similar vehicles parked next to each other- but ultimately, it is the tow company's responsibility to verify they are picking up the correct vehicle. Again, sorry for the issues you encountered and I hope everything went well at the dealer.
