Love my Journey

We’ve bought our Journey R/T new in 2015. 126,000 miles later it’s still going strong. It’s reliable, fun to drive and with the V-6 goes like a bat. I’ve always liked normally aspirated, larger engines rather than smaller engines with turbos.

Terrific car

I’ve had my Journey R/T for 8 1/2 years and 120,000 miles. I’ve had only one trouble with it and that was a simple transmission fix under warranty and am very happy with it. I’ve been very consistent with maintenance and have never missed an oil change. That’s a biggee.

Runs great like it but when I brought it it had some problems that I don’t know bout bout I got most of the work that was needed but still has lots of work that still needs to be done. Overall I like the car

Bought new in 2016, has been a good car n fair priced.We have always kept up with all service recommendations per the owners manual.The car has over 50,000 miles n no problems to date beside a couple of minor recalls.For a Four cylinder it runs n performs fairly well.

enjoyable responsive low service requirements

I enjoy The ride. It is great to drive in all sorts of traffic, very dependable in adverse weather on wet and Icey roads A recent event and how I was helped. I need advice on my 2016 Dodge Journey and I need it quick, I was leaving on a trip to the wintery mountains in the morning. I had never been to Colchin Automotive before. A very nice employee at O'Reillys automotive recommended them saying, this is where I take my car. It was a great recommendation, so I came. I was met by the owner a man in love with his chosen field of business. He realized my need for an accurate assessment and went above and beyond to check the reliability of the Journey for this trip. He found everything to be OK for the trip. Wow, what service. To find people you can trust in service-related business is a must. I will be a long-term customer, knowing they listen, provide honest reliable service with a clear understanding that the person working on your family car is all about your safety and satisfaction. I highly recommend Colchin Automotive.

To small

It is small under powered i wish we would have bought the durango now we are stuck with this vehicle for at least another year. You can only have one phone paired up because the system get confused and does not pair either it has some sort of brain fart and does nothing

Great vehicle, lots of power lots of room to travel. This is our 3rd Journey, we are getting 23+mpg , that's as good as any suv out there. It is quiet comfortable and stylish! Most importantly the price is right, it fits our budget and we have not found another vehicle that offers what our 2016 Dodge Journey R/T does! Ignore the critics this is a great vehicle, make sure you get the v6 engine!

2010 and 2016 Dodge Journey

My wife had the older one and we purchased a 2016 and I got the older one. We love the vehicles. They are both two rows of seats, not three, and that gives us room for luggage, cargo etc. in the back - even more when we lay the seats down. Excellent.

I always get the base model, and I love the versatility. My only hiccup is that it does not have any way of popping the hatch from the drivers seat. Toyota and honda have developed sensors that you can activate when near the car to allow for easier opening of the back, considering everything else on the car is great, I find it more than a little weird that the rear hatch received so little thought to development. I also really wish the headlights were light reactive instead of manual.

Journey crossroad

I've had the sun rood replaced within 6 months of purchase. The radio replaced year.1 due to problems with Sirius & navigation system not working. The dealer has been excellent I'm resolving issues in a timely manner.
