Thorough Service
They were able to diagnose and repair a difficult problem that has persisted for years with my car. I would highly recommend them for service. Don't worry if you're too far away, they are minutes from the MARC train that will take you anywhere. Well worth it to go there and spend some time than to deal with the northern Virginia shops that will abuse your car, not diagnose your car and throw parts at it and charge you, or cram your car into their cramped parking lot filled with mostly junk or abandoned vehicles to be damaged.

Amazing customer service and workmanship
These guys are awesome everytime I have an issue. From something small to major work they always do a great job! English car experts for sure, but I'm sure could handle anything thrown at them. 5 star work and customer service.

My trusted shop
I consider myself an average home mechanic. If I can get to the part, it’s in my capabilities and I’m fixing it!! However, whenever I have doubts or uncertainty English Auto is my choice shop. They even service my kids’ vehicles.

Honest, quality car care service.
The more I go to English Auto the more convinced I become that this place is my go to place for servicing my cars. They are welcoming, very knowledgeable, they provide quality top rate service and, most importantly, they are honest about the service required. I recently took my car in for routine maintenance. While there I overheard a conversation they were having with another customer and it was clear that customer was equally as pleased with English Auto's service as I. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top of the line car care service.

Outstanding Service
The vehicle was being repaired for a known issue. While they were working on the car I had them perform maintenance service and asked for a some specific items to be completed. They came back after the initial evaluation and stated some of my requested services were not needed, but they would be happy to complete them if I wanted them to. I appreciate their honesty as it saved me money!
