Speedy repair
My tailgate wouldn't latch shut. I was leaving town in a couple of days and needed it repaired. I stopped by at 4:00pm and told them my problem. They said I could leave it there or bring it back in the morning. At 4:00pm the next day I picked up my vehicle.
They sent a courier to get the part and fixed it that day. Most places could have done the repair but for them to put me at the head of the list is much appreciated.
Friendly staff also. I have been using them for about eight years. Always satisfied.

Always great service, as usual !
We have taken our cars to Executive for decades, and as usual there techs repaired the problem, and
had it returned the next day. Its no wander that we take our autos to them every time.

Fast, Professional and Reasonable
This is my second experience with Executive. My first occurred when a local Buick dealer told me i needed a new torque converter ($5500) for my car that had only 44,000 miles. Seeking a second opinion, I took it to Executive. They researched Buick repair specs and determined all it needed was a transmission oil change a computer reprogramming - $500. This time I had a bad vibration. They diagnosed a bad tire and replaced in less than a day. Executive Auto is my GO TO repair shop.

My husband boiled oil in the transmission fluid by mistake or something, they finally figured out what happened. Replaced everything and our old 2013 Ford Explorer is back on the road.
Cars running like a top for being 12 yrs old with 116,000 miles on it
