Repair door lock
The repair work itself was good. However, the repair cost ended up being $170 more than the quoted price and I never received a phone call informing me about the additional cost until I showed up to pay.

Repair door lock

Transmission repair
Lost my truck transmission on I24, I pulled up to firstclass right after closing and talk to joe he told us where a motel was and told us to be there the next morning, I had my cow trailer loaded with furniture and they kept everything safe in their compound while they installed the new transmission, we couldn’t have been in better hands, everything went so well, highly recommend! It’s so nice to have people do what they say they will do!! Thank you to the firstclass team

Mom's Car!
Hello, Just putting it out there facts are the best!!! That's what you get at First Class!! Can't thank them enough.... Mom's car wasn't putting out heat, well a shade tree mechanic said it's the thermostat, well after breaking a bolt then breaking the housing too the motor, it was jacked up!!! I called spoke with Brandon, who helped and guided us through the whole ORDEAL.. First Class sent a tow truck to Mom's 83 year's young, picked her car up... I told them no hurry, So Brandon checks it all out.... It wasn't the THERMOSTAT IT WAS THE HEATER CORE! So now we have the repair of tbe thermostat and the problem of the heater core, after all done and said. FIRST CLASS !! REPAIRED THE PERFECTLY FINE THERMOSTAT! THEN REPLACED THE HEATER CORE WHICH IS WHAT IT NEEDED!!! SO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE BEST CUSTOMER CARE AND MECHANICS AROUND!!! THEY ARE LOCATED IN CLARKSVILLE... I LIVE IN GOODLETTESVILLE, 50-60 MILES AWAY! IT IS WELL WORTH THE TRIP-!! REST ASSURED!!! YOU WILL SLEEP GREAT BECAUSE YOUR VEHICLE FIXED PROPERLY NOT JUST PARTS THROWN AT IT AND BILLED!!! NO FIRST CLASS IS EXACTLY THAT!!!! They also delivered the car back too Mom's place!!! She is so ever HAPPY!!!! NOW THE PART WE ARE ALL SCARED OF THE BILL!!!!! NOPE NOT AT ALL YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THEN SOME!!! THESE ARE GOOD PEOPLE FIRST, THEN THEY ARE WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING!! THEY CARE ❤ THAT'S WHAT COUNTS!! NOT MONEY FLYING OUT OF YOUR POCKET BECAUSE OF SHADY BUSINESSES!! FIRST CLASS IS TRANSPARENT NO HIDDEN FEES OR MARK UPS! JUST GOOD OLE HOME TOWN PEOPLE AND MECHANICS!!! BRANDON AND MR.JOE saw that MOMS CAR received the best service possible! Oh yeah THE BILL... STILL SCARED ?!! FIRST CLASS IS HOW YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE ARE TREATED!! PRICE WAS VERY VERY REASONABLE !! CONSIDER THEY REPAIRED A SHADE TREE MECHANICS DISASTER!!! WITH THAT KUDOS TOO ALL OF FIRST CLASS EMPLOYEES!!! A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TOO MR. They lie and do poor work
I brought my car to them for a diagnostic and valve cover replacement. They had the car two days and returned it with the valve cover leaking oil, so much it covered the engine bay and leaking coolant to the point that in two miles the coolant was empty. They charged me 48 dollars to replace a part that cost 24 dollars and didn't even replace the whole part. Just cobbled it together out of old stuff. If you want your car messed up go to them cause they are good at that.

Terrible.
I'd give this place no stars if I could. Had my car for a week and each day it was something new . replacing a opti spark (which I had already taken all the parts out prior to them getting the vehicle and still got charged 375 for labor while providing my own parts) each day I was told it was another thing. First bad opti, next fuel injector, next opti connector , then after all and a week of my car being there they said that the check engine was still on and had to look at it. Mind you, looking at it again added 250 more dollars JUST TO LOOK AND RUN DIAGNOSTICS. I was fine with it because I just wanted to get my car fixed but my friend called me saying "hey your car has been outside all day when I pass by from work.." They took my car out to put others ahead of me instead of fixing a car that's been there for a week.. They even gave me the car back with more issues than it had before. At first only display Code H36, when I got it back it displayed H13, H64, H36 and guess what, still had to pay them 800 bucks for literally doing nothing but screwing my car up even more. Place ripped me off bad seriously don't recommend AT ALL, STAY CLEAR!

They've had the car for 7 weeks!!
They had had my sister's car for 7 weeks. Each time she goes to pick it up they tell her that something else is wrong and that it will cost more money. They have doubled the original estimate and her car still isn't repaired.
