The Genesis automobile is superb. We have owned 6 M-B over the years and now own 2 Genesis...NO COMPARISON!! The Genesis is much better. The service center at Genesis Hoover is equal to the brand!!!

Extremely disappointed with service provided to me.
I had simple problem of tire failure that took up a large part of my time to get fixed with no communication from the time I turned the key over until I got message that my bill was ready. I also why my car was wrongly labeled.
It's is clear that the tire failure was due to manufacture error

The tire issue you had is not a manufacture defect.  The bubble on the sidewall of the tire is a direct result of an impact and not a tire manufacture issue. I realize your vehicle is new and it is disappointing to have to replace a tire.
