First Time
This was the first time I took my truck for service at Hershey’s. The main reason I chose them is that it is very convenient and close to my office. However, I am so pleased with the great customer service and reasonable prices; they will be my go to for all maintenance and repairs.

Hershey Motors fixed my oil cooler.
The team at Hershey Motors went above and beyond to handle a warranty situation for me. I find it hard to believe that other places would have jumped through as many hoops as they did to fix my oil cooler. I'm very happy that I purchased my van from Hershey Motors, and it's great that they have an incredible service department. You better believe that I'll be buying my next vehicle from them!

High priced lately
I have been using Hershey motors for many years. This visit has to be the worst. Was told that car needed breaks to pass inspection when told the cost of the breaks was ridiculously high.
I feel that they are just getting greedy by offering the highest price parts when there are less expensive. I priced myself and found the breaks for a lot cheaper from the same supplier.
