Called them Monday morning with a car that wasn’t drivable, they got me in Wednesday (every other shop in area told me atleast a week out, if not more) and got my car back to Friday before they closed for the weekend. Very friendly, very helpful, saved me a lot of money compared to other shops. Great service overall, front to back.

Inspection request
Hillman has always been so very professional and kind. I was going on vacation and left my car for a bout a week for a simple inspection. I needed to pickup on a Monday morning right when they opened to make it to work on time and they had everything ready and waiting for me to sign and pay. I appreciate their service and would recommend to others.

You couldn’t ask for a better group of people who exhibit superior customer service and a skill set like no one else around.

Needed quick service before an out of town trip and they took me right in - assessed my truck and needed maintenance - provided me a quote and allowed me to decide what to do and where to go…even if it wasn’t with them. They didn’t charge for the assessment and gave an honest explanation and quote. Even showed me what was wrong so I could see first hand.

Their actions, friendly atmosphere, transparency, and integrity has gained them a customer for life.

A special shout out to Dave and Denny for the understanding, quick turnaround and quality service. Same for those who worked on the truck!

Quick and efficient
The individuals at Hillman Automotive were all polite when I did my drop off, explanation of my repair needs, and at my pick up. They were quick to diagnose my car issue and explained it simply. They were knowledgeable about what was causing the issues. The waiting room is clean and inviting and warm. They are the only place auto service I use.
