These people scam with finance companies to make their sales.
They put a 40,000 loan thru ally after I specifically told ally not to. They put me off with a bunch of lies to give the finance company time to put the loan thru

Awful service department. They do not want to fix Sonatas as it's easier to stick the bill of motor replacements on their customers.
Vehicle was brought in and was told they would get back to me the next day. Waited a week to find out the were all off hunting and busy. Ok. Then when they got around to it they told me they would warranty repairs. Then they decided 70 days later they would not cover the repair. Took the vehicle else where to be repaired in just a few days.

Service call
It was time for an oil change so I made an appointment. I also had an inspection and sticker added to my service check. My car is 6 years old so I asked them to check my battery as it still had the original battery. I did need a new battery and was happy to change it so I would not get out and bread down. The service department and mechanics are top notch. I am always confident that my car is in good condition when I leave.

Experience at Hyundai of Beckley.
I have driven nothing but Hyundai vehicles for over 16 years, all were purchased from Beckley Hyundai. Have had all my service done there. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Routine service is all my service there,which has all been routine. The only problem I have ever had with a Hyundai was a routine recall which was scheduled and repaired in a timely matter. I see no reason to buy another brand nor to go anywhere else for service. I might add the dealership is 58 miles from my home.
