Bought a car less than a year ago
I bought another car from them less than a year ago and it has had engine issues. They had an oil consumption test run and it failed, or that's what they told me it has a warranty which they are not fully honoring we haven't had that car a year yet. It's hard to get ahold of someone when I call and if someone does they give me the run around. I asked for a loner and they put me on a "list" to get one I need a vehicle to get around because I under go chemotherapy and have doctor's appointments I cannot afford to rent one. I will never buy another car from them again.

Very efficient!
At other dealerships I have spent almost the entire day working out a deal waiting on sales to bring the deal to the manager and then they would try to draft another deal. This was not the case at Kerry we were driving off of the lot within about 3 hours. This was the only dealership that carried the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid so we took a chance at driving about an hour away to find the dealership. We weren't dissappointed.

My experience
My experience was great from start to finish. Matthew W was awesome. We had many questions on a few different trips to the dealership (and a few phone calls) because I could not decide on a gas only or a gas/hybrid Santa Fe. Well..I went with the gas/hybrid Santa Fe and I love it. It took 11 weeks to get but the wait was worth it. Matthew spent about an hour and a half explaining the features of the car. The Finance Department had the paperwork completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Kerry Hyundai Alexandria KY to anyone!
