Customer service great as always. Quick check-in, relax in the fireplace lobby lounge till I get a text message that my car is ready. My only complaint: when tires are rotated I always end up with three or four different air pressures in my tires.

Easy in and out and excellent work
My 2013 4Runner Trail has gone to Parker Toyota for the 10 years I've lived in Coeur d Alene. Vehicle is super reliable so only needs thus far have been routine maintenance. This recent visit was just for oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than an hour. I also always check things when I get home and all 4 tires were exactly the same proper pressure and everything under the hood had been topped off and replaced properly. Service advisor was friendly and courteous.

Jared online sales support helped us secure a high-demand RAV4 plugin hybrid. Ernie dealership sales understood the technical intricacies so friendly & knowledgeable about electric and hybrid systems. From the first moment Ernie picked us up at the airport until we drove off the lot, he provided superior customer service! He set up the phone/vehicle pairing & verified the car charged properly. Bill in finance was efficient and friendly on the payment and paperwork process which took 10-15 minutes max. I wish we had Parker as our hometown dealership. Keep up the great work!

Fixed the Problem
I took my RAV4 in for a recall on the airbag, and apparently the mechanic didn't run the final check as my seatbelt warning light kept coming on. I didn't find this out till I got home -- an hour away. I contacted the service manager and he offered to send out a car we could use, and then pick up ours to correct the problem. He said that the mechanic didn't run the final calibration, and they fixed the problem. Happy that it is fixed, but not really happy about the mistake in the first place.

As soon as I pulled in, someone greeted me before I got out of the car, checked me in, told me it would be an hour, and the job was done in an hour. I'm very pleased, and the waiting room is very pleasant with comfortable chairs, a fireplace and a coffee machine with latte and cappucino options!
