During your visit, we addressed several oil leaks, including from the transmission pan, valve cover, and rear main seal, all of which have been repaired and are no longer leaking. Additionally, the front and rear brakes were replaced as they were worn down to metal, which was also fixed. As you mentioned, you had saved up for the repairs over 7 months, so we provided the repair estimate / quote for the work before these repairs were completed. Over that time, a few other issues with the truck arose, and we made sure to inform you about them before the vehicle was taken out of the shop.

The repairs we made, however, came with a 2-year guarantee. If any oil leaks reappear, please don’t hesitate to bring your vehicle back in. If we find that the parts we installed have failed, we’ll replace them at no charge. Thank you again for your feedback!
