Agnes said she always feels comfortable using this business because they make her feel stress free. She is satisfied with how they take care of her vehicle and she will continue to use them in the future.
Bernie said the business provided him with good service and was pleased that they were open on a Sunday because a lot of places are closed on that day. The price was expensive for the oil change he got.
Stephanie said they wouldn't let her use a Firestone credit card because they were not Firestone. They only use their tires. Her mother had a big argument with the employee over the issue. She would not recommend for reason stated.

Sheri said she was not too pleased with this business. They lacked communication and she had to reach out to them for information regarding her vehicle. She also noted they work at a slow pace.
Worker told me to come back the next day for my receipt. And it looks very unprofessional inside the facility there's no registers and no card readers meaning they would have to write my card information down
Lillie said everyone at the business, from the staff member in the front office to the technicians who work on the vehicles, is very nice and friendly. She had gotten new tires from them then on this visit new rotors and brakes. She said she feels something and she is not sure what it is when she uses the brakes so she will take it back to them so they can check and maybe explain to her what it is she may be feeling. Before she lost her husband, when something like this came up, she would just let him know and he would take care of it. Now, she can not do that and she wants to make sure she does not end up stranded or making something worse because she did not take care of something she should have.
