New Tires and Alignment
Went in looking for a hard to find tire size, Oscar was able to help me find a set. I was unable to find the tires online, Oscar found me a set with a little investigation. I probably paid a little more, I would pay it ten times over to get the customer service that they gave. I’m not sure what the other gentleman’s name was that was also helping at the front desk, he helped out and was great.

Very good service
On 3/19/25 I had my 2022 VW Atlas at your shop for an oil change. Service was very good as my previous appointments have been. There was a small problem when I paid my bill. It was for $200.81 which surprised me because previously this service cost about $120. I told the employee I was paying that this seemed a lot more than before and he said no it’s what I paid before. The another employee came over and told the employee I was working with that the $200.81 was not correct but my bill should be $118.02 which I paid. However, when I got home later I checked my checking account online and found I was charged $200.18 and not the $118.02. I assume I will eventually see a credit of $82.79 on my checking account. I believe this was an honest mistake but I suggest that a situation be avoided by canceling the first charge and replacing it with the correct amount while the customer is still at your shop.

Quick, honest, great service
After a bad experience at another shop, I brought my vehicle into PTL for a water pump replacement and new tires. The service was amazing, staff was incredibly communicative, and I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase certain parts or services. They were honest and fairly priced. I will be a lifetime customer at PTL from now on.
