Genesis Service Department Sucks!
When I purchased my Genesis GV80 I was promised that whenever it needed a service they would deliver a loan car to me and collect it when the service of mine is completed. When I booked my first service they said they don’t have any loan cars available.

When I checked my car in for service they told me I would need to wait for one hour and 45 minutes if I wanted the car to be washed. After two hours and 21 service was done but they hadn’t washed it. I couldn’t wait any longer so I had to leave with the car unwashed. No offer of any compensation whatsoever!

The car is amazing but the after sales service is quite the opposite.

Great service when it was finally scheduled.
I tried to schedule though My Genises but the dealership was not connected to it apparently. I had to call to make my appointment which took 7 calls leaving messages which were finally answered after # 7 call.

They want to sell vhicles not service thme
Have had an issue with vibration since the vehicle was new. Have had the car at the dealership 4 times in 2,300 miles and it still has the vibration problem.
