We're truly disappointed to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand we had a couple situations due to the age part incompatibility’s and did make you a wear (maybe not as much as we should have waiting for parts) with upgrade of fuel tank to solve the fuel leak with your original tank sending unit mount and cracked plastic fuel tank. which was replaced with a used tank not a new one saved some money. The parts that you were billed for were all needed and were tested to confirm were in fact bad on your 2008 vehicle and finally with up graded tank change and fuel fill neck had to have a fuel cap the old cap would not fit the new fill neck.. We’re committed to improving our service. We understand the importance of clear communication and accurate diagnostics, and we will address this internally to ensure it doesn't happen again.
