Always a positive experience
I’ve been coming to Tommy’s auto for a few years now. The staff is so helpful and professional that I don’t mind paying the bill.

Very Helpful
Super satisfied. I had some air shocks that I needed installed. They worked me into the schedule pretty quickly, quoted me accurately and recommended some service that 3 other shops missed.

Communication was great, I knew there was a chance they wouldn’t finish by the end of the day but regardless, sent me a text to let me know. Sure enough they were done early the next day and walked me through everything.

Replaced Transmission in Toyota Camry
Tommy was so nice to work with. I am an elderly widow and assumed I was going to be shopping for a new vehicle after it broke down. Tommy said my vehicle was worth repairing and gave me different options for a transmission replacement. My car is running like a champ again and Tommy saved me thousands of dollars.

A week ago, I appreciated the professionalism of the communication, which helped me understand the process. My car had to be towed in light, and it started going off when my power steering went out. Tommy took the time to explain that a computer had to be replaced in the transmission and was able to explain the process. Keep me well informed and do the repairs. I appreciate the professionalism in the communication and helping me understand the process.

Exceptional service!
I had a check engine code that suggested I needed a turbo actuator replacement needed for my RAM 2500…appx $2.1K. Tommy suggested replacing a couple of filters that might be giving a false read. We chose that route, and with an oil change other scheduled maintenance, saved more than half of the original quote for the turbo actuator replacement needed. Tommy was very thorough, kept me informed, and suggested something future caution flags to watch for. Grace the receptionist, was on top of communicating the repair estimate, scheduling, and final cost. I highly recommend this repair shop!

Great service & great people!
Tommy and his staff are good people. I trust him with all my cars. He is honest which is hard to find in a mechanic nowadays I feel and he will work around to find the most price effective option. The front desk staff is really nice, too!
