Excellent buying experience!
This was my first time visiting and purchasing from Absolute Auto. Carl and Julie were the people that I had contact with. Both were professional and personable, which was important to me. I was able to watch Carl (the owner) as he carefully and thoroughly evaluated my trade, which gave me the confidence that the vehicle I was purchasing received the same detailed attention. Carl made sure that I knew about the vehicles various features at the time of delivery.
The general atmosphere at Absolute Auto was relaxed, and chill. I definitely would recommend them if you are looking for a good clean fairly priced Honda or Acura

New car purchase from Absolute Auto
Had an excellent experience buying a car from Absolute Auto recently. Carl (owner) was great to work with throughout the purchase. Carl, made sure the car was ready for pick up inside and outside. Got great value on my trade in and thought the CRV was priced very fair. Carl explained his buying process so that reinforced that this was a great car and buy. We service all our cars at Absolute and always feel that we are treated fairly and honestly and buying a car was no different. A great experience and no doubt i will be looking to buy another as our cars age and need to be replaced.

Tucker is excellent at his job. He got me in and out quickly. His staff is top notch. I always recommend this business to anyone who asks. Tyler explained everything that was done and walked me to my car. I don't get that service very often at other places I frequent.

2020 Lexus NX300 service
Tucker and the service staff did another great service, this time on our 2020 Lexus NX300. Tucker was responsive, gave a loaner car and communicated well. He also brought to my attention items that should be addressed (rear brake pads) and the front pads that could wait a bit. They are straightforward, give you an honest review of items that need attention and don’t try to upsell needless services. Most of all they do quality work. It’s why I feel comfortable bringing our cars to them instead of local dealerships that are closer to us.
