Great car!

Extremely well equipped Titanium model. Powerful acceleration with turbo engine and 4 wheel drive.. Handles well. Gas mileage could be better (~18 mpg in town). Traded my 2013 Escape for this one. Neither one had any major problems..

Manufacture defect

I only have 43,000 miles on my Escape. After purchasing it a year and a half I needed to have fly wheel and crank case repaired. When contacting Ford I was told they would have to decide if it was something I did while driving or manufacture defect. The warranty had expired 6 months prior to this happening to it. I was told there may be a program they could help me with but I had to bring it to a Ford dealer. I already had it at my mechanics and decided to let them fix it since Ford could not give me any guarantee that they would cover the cost. My mechanic told me there is no way I could have caused the damage. Very costly repair. $4,000 Now that it is fixed its great.

Awesome

32 Months now With a 2019 Escape Titanium. A fantastic suv, For the ride, comfort, and Power,, at the price? It can’t be beat ,, my only wish is tighter steering. I’m a long time BMW owner and miss that precise handling,, but do appreciate the comfort,,,I don’t like at all the styling change to the “ Car look” after 2019. Bringing in the Bronco and making their SUV look like a car? Not good Ford. !!!! So I would not move up from this with Ford

Love my escape I get great mileage and live the features heated seats rear view camera self start feature on my phone, google map feature threw my phone. Just love how comfortable it is when driving long distance.

Great car!

We were happy with our 2013 Escape Titanium so we traded it in for a new 2019 Titanium. We liked the looks of the 2019 better than the 2020. Daughter-in-law's 2013 ecoboost model required a new turbo, but, hopefully, Ford has solved that issue by now.

A great car!

Our 2019 Ford Escape Titanium is even better than our previous 2013 Escape Titanium (more features and options). The turbo 2.0 l engine and AWD are very helpful features in Minnesota, with plenty of acceleration when needed and good traction on snowy roads. The engine shuts off at stops and restarts immediately when proceeding (selectable), which is good for gas mileage and air polution. Gas mileage isn't particularly great but is acceptable for such a powerful 4 cylinder engine and surprisingly rather heavy suv. It has a fairly stiff, sporty suspension, but good handling comes with that. I didn't care for the body styling on the 2020 model so I bought the new 2019 a year ago. I highly recommend this car.

Happy

I have had my Escape since June 2019. While it was not my first choice, it was what I could afford for the amenities provided. I have not been disappointed. I was forced to put many miles on this vehicle within months of purchase, commuting to Scottsdale for medical appointments. It was a good thing I made the purchase, as my failing Fiat 500 never would have provided the security of driving such distances.
