My Hyundai

This vehicle exceeds expectations!! I have been very satisfied with the performance and quality of my Azera. It was a little unnerving when I found out that changing spark plugs was so labor intensive and expensive, but it is only necessary every 80k + miles, so it is more cost effective than changing them every 10,000 miles. This is my third Hyundai and I will continue to purchase this make/model in the future. I have also told my neighbors and friends how reliable these vehicles are especially when compared to American vehicles.

Overall satisfied with the car but NOT satisfied with Hyundai as a company because of lack of support / update capability for the GPS system

I attempted for 2+ years to obtain an update for the in-dash / Manufacturer installed navigation (GPS) system only to be informed that no update was available and there would not be on available in future. In attempting to get resolution to the problem (no updates) I was informed by Hyundai Corp. Customer Service I could / should purchase a handheld (e.g., Garman) unit and rely on it for my navigation needs.

2011 still looks new

I have been very pleased with this vehicle. The only negative thing is what I consider excessive cabin noise from wind and road contact. I swapped out the original Michelin tires at 29K miles due to the very loud road roar. There was no uneven wear pattern on the tires.

Dependable

I have a 2011 Azera which has served me well through these last year's. Although I would like an updated one, with all the bells and whistles, I can't bring myself to do it because I love Maya Sarah so much. I do not have any other legitimate reason to abandon this wonderful car!

Fine car - don't understand why Hyundai doesn't promote it more, understand sales people don't even receive incentives - doesn't make sense, why make a very good car and keep it in the closet. Only reason I would not recommend it is because it's not clear that the line will be continued - the manufacturer keeps everything about this car a mystery. Why was it built? Would be interested in hearing the answer to the latter question!
