Performance on the vehicle compare to the one I had.

would have liked to have better gas mileage for such a small engine and would have liked the vehicle to handle better in the snow. My mercury cougar did better on both.... larger engine and better in the snow.

Fantastic option in the Compact Hatch family, GREAT engine for the money!

After a year of ownership, I find this vehicle to still be comfortable, fun to drive, and relatively economical (though it is grossly outclassed by the comparable Mazda 3 with skyactive in terms of fuel economy). Well appointed interior and feature set even on the fairly base level GT make it a great car.

2015 Elantra GT

This is the first new vehicle I ever bought that was trouble free from the start. I had been a GM buyer for decades but finally got fed up with the repair issues and the last straw was invoking the lemon law for my 2015 Chevy Cruze Diesel that spent weeks at a time in the shop.

The perfect car

Works like a little van with lots to storage in back. Excellent gas mileage. Awesome electronics. Backup camera is a huge help. And the loaded GT is the cutest car on the road.
