Awesome car! Great charging speed, range, and V2L capability!

This is the smartest decision I've ever made! The car is great and I'm not buying or burning any gas! You need to get one! No problems or concerns, everyone at Hyundai that I've dealt with has been very good!

Love it

Wonderful car, it looks great people ask me all the time about it. Very minimum complaints such a squeaky breaks, seatbelt rattles, front windshield makes a loud cracking shifting sounds when it’s hot out.

Really happy with the car.

Fast, yet silent and serene. Technology keeps me safe. I keep finding new features even after a year of ownership. I have had at least a dozen people come up to me and tell me that my Ioniq 5 is a beautiful car - including one gent driving by in a vintage Jaguar convertible!

Ioniq 5 is great!

I have several friends who own Teslas. My wife thought that’s what I wanted as we were strongly considering an electric car. I did a lot of research and decided to check out the Ionic 5, mostly for passenger room and comfort. No problem. Fortunately found one with ALL my specs, so I bought it just off the truck. Haven’t looked back. Fits all my hopes and expectations.

Fun to drive.

The car looks good, it is fun to drive and very inexpensive to maintain. Charging is not a problem with Electrify America free charging and a ChargePoint home charger. It is plenty roomy for a 6’4” male and three passengers. But it cost more than it should have. The dealer tacked on an extra $5000 to the MSRP. I regret that. Other than that, a fantastic vehicle.

Only they charged little more price than what I seen online they charged me $5,000 more . Only I don’t like they need to give all model IONIQ5 automatic trunk opener. My IONIQ5 SE model don’t have a automatic trunk opener

Great local use car.

We use the Ionic 5 for a shuttle and local rides vehicle at my automotive shop. It works exceptionaly well for us. Customers love the technology and we have had zero issues with it. I am sure that the longer distance usage would be fine and will get better as the charging infrastructure gets better. But we do not have any intention to ise it in that way.

Good first attempt at EV

The car is pretty good and hopefully will get better over time as charging networks and software improves. The Ioniq 5 is certainly livable now, particularly if you can charge at home, but for road trips, route planning and overall ownership experience, Tesla is better in many ways.

Best electric vehicle

I'm very happy with my ioniq 5! This isn't my first all electric vehicle, but it is by far the best. One year with it and still incredibly happy and satisfied. The vehicle is wonderful to drive, spacious and holds up to my expectations.

so far, I have been very happy with the car.

I have owned the Ioniq 5 for a year and have driven for 47,000 miles. Very fun to drive and is reliable in all weather conditions. Only maintenance so far was tires and windshield wiper fluid. Looking forward to seeing how long it will last under the constant driving that I do. NO REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER!!!!

Great Car

Fun to drive! Wish range were longer. Would like maps to download automatically. Minimal service required. Love side and rear look of car. Feature rich. Feel safer in car than previous vehicles. Some issues in BlueLink account account in that another driver was on my account for the longest time. Couldn't get customer service to address.

Great car for first generation. Need to fix some things going forward though. Rear wiper, OTAs, better range, battery pre-conditioning button. Overall a great car. Definitely better rang in the winter would be a great breakthrough for all EV owners.

Excellent features, enjoyable ride. Great price point for an EV. Can’t believe it charges in less than 20 minutes which is very helpful for road trips. Much more leg space and love the interior lighting.

Love our Ioniq5 and a fan of it.

We own SEL model and have the shooting star color. Amazing fast charging over Level-3 and awesome range. Great style and comfort. We have already driven 15k miles+. Cold weather definitely impacts the battery range (270 in summer --> 230 in winter (Boston cold)). Matte color (shooting star) is amazing, just have to be cleaned at home.

The best car I’ve ever driven

The range is extra ordinary. Fastest charging infrastructure in the world today. It looks like $1 million and drives like $10 million. It has more accolades and you can shake a stick at. It is going to pay me back the purchase price over 10 to 15 years by using no fuel and low maintenance.
